Al Handasa Complex is being owned by the member of Royal Family H.H. Shk. Mohamed Bin Khalifa Al Thani.
The Complex is located at B-Ring Road (prime location) within Doha City and is one of the largest commercial cum residential complex in Doha. The Consultant for the project is GHD and it is being executed by Baytur-Turkish General Construction Company. Al Handasa Phase-1 has a commercial complex while Phase-2 has the residential apartments.
The project has a requirement of 12 # Fresh AHU’s, 72 # Re-circulating AHU’s and 612# FCU’s. VTS is supplying AHU’s & FCU’s worth 1.76 million UAE Dirhams (375,000.00 Euro) for the complete project. VTS faced tough competition from York, Trane , Carrier & Mcquay as they were the specified makes.
However with the support of Contractor, the Consultant and Client were also convinced and VTS was approved.
