VTS India – Manufacturers and suppliers of Innovative Air Handling Units, has completed one year of operations in India. This was celebrated with great grandeur at Bangalore, on 19th September. All major customers had come to attend the function, which was held at the Leela Palace Hotel.
Over the one year period, VTS has been successful in establishing contacts with all the major consultants, contractors of Bangalore and has also built a good relationship with the investors. Having successfully bagged big orders from Biocon Limited, Ranbaxy Chemicals, Perfetti Van Melle, etc, VTS India has big plans for the Indian market, and this event was a platform to emphasise on the reliability of the company in India.
Speaking about the future plans of VTS India, Mr. Jaroslaw Slawomir Jozwiak – Director – Corporate Business Development, said “VTS Group is considering the possibility of making India the hub of exports for the Asia Pacific Region. Local sourcing of spare parts from India is also being considered. We are already in talks with some suppliers in India, and we hope that in the near future, we will take the next step towards creating a permanent warehouse in India. However, discussions are still in the initial stages and more information will be provided once we make more concrete arrangements”. Mr. Fazal Rashid, Managing Director, VTS India added, “Coming 2010, we shall have a full fledged Logistic centre in India, catering to the needs of India as well other neighbouring countries. This would mean that we have a shorter lead time for delivering our products as well as a reduction in duties, making it more viable for our customers to buy our products.”
Talking of new innovations offered by VTS Group, Mr. Fazal Rashid added “VTS Group has launched new Compact Models of AHUs, which will lead to space saving of upto 64 cms in our AHUs. This would result in a further reduction of costs of our machines.” Technical details of the compact AHUs will be made available on our website shortly.”
